Monday nights 6:30PM – 7:30PM Meditation Gathering
All are welcome to join us in meditation, chant and sharing for the evoking of inner and world peace.
Wednesday nights 7PM – 8PM Tai Chi/ Chi Gung
Chinese exercises for strengthening, flexibility, and healing the physical body; and calming, clearing and focusing the mind. Open to beginning and intermediate students. Each class offers complete instruction in the T’ai Chi Five Elements Form; and continuing instruction in the Wu and Yang Form. Chi Kung breath, movement and meditative exercises are practiced each session, as well. Wear comfortable clothes!
Thursday nights 6PM – 7PM Yoga Starts Oct. 1st
Age old practice of physical poses and breathing for centering, strength and flexibility. Influenced by Hatha and Bikram yoga styles. Wear comfortable clothes!
Thursday nights 7PM-8PM Chant
Kirtan style (Call-Response) Chanting – With word sheets
