The Power of Serpent Energy
The concept of Kundalini has in the ancient esoteric literature of India, China, Egypt, Sumer, and Greece, among others. In ancient Hindu texts Kundalini is the name given to a very subtle but powerful form of biological energy which (in most people) lies dormant in the base of the spine.
The Kundalini itself and the process of awakening are very mysterious. The release of this energy is said to be intimately involved in the development of higher consciousness. Many people have unknowingly awakened a small amount of their creative serpent energy and are experiencing its gifts as it has become integrated into their normal lives.
It is said that the inspiration of the artist and scientist are propelled and sustained by Kundalini, and that a persons sense of meaning and enthusiasm for life depend on it.
